Update to regulatory action issued on March 06, 2009 to PricewaterhouseCoopers

On March 30, 2009, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) confirmed that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) met the requirements stipulated in Commission Order 09-01 and transferred the fixed gauges in its possession to a qualified licensee for ultimate disposal.

Order to PricewaterhouseCoopers for the Mackenzie pulp mill in BC

On March 6, 2009, the Commission ordered PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) to transfer the nuclear substances and prescribed equipment (fixed gauges) in its possession at the Mackenzie pulp mill to another qualified CNSC licensee.
