Update to regulatory actions issued to all Class I facilities and uranium mines and mills in Canada

In accordance with the regulatory action issued on March 22, 2011, the CNSC has confirmed that all Class I nuclear facilities and uranium mines and mills have fulfilled their requirements and submitted responses pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the General Nuclear Safety and Control Regulations.

The CNSC is currently evaluating responses.
