Subject: Provide your feedback on comments received: RD-327 Nuclear Criticality Safety and GD-327 Guidance for Nuclear Criticality Safety

Listed below are the comments received by the CNSC during the first round of the consultation process for draft regulatory document RD-327 Nuclear Criticality Safety and for draft guidance document GD-327 Guidance for Nuclear Criticality Safety.

The comment period for both documents was December 23, 2009 to March 23, 2010. View Information Bulletin 09-10 for more information.

A second consultation period is now open for stakeholders to provide feedback on the comments received about draft RD-327 and draft GD-327. The CNSC will prepare a report that will summarize the feedback we heard. It will be made available to the public once all comments have been reviewed. Please monitor the CNSC Web site for further details.
