1. Final comments on Draft Phase I Report

As follow-up from the September 2, 2020 meeting, Working Group members were requested to submit any final comments on the draft Phase I report by November 2, 2020. The purpose of these meetings was to discuss any final comments on the draft Phase I report and seek concurrence on the draft report to advance to the public review stage. Based on availability of working group members, two meeting dates were scheduled to ensure all members had the opportunity to provide final comments.

Working group members had no additional comments on the draft Phase I Report.

2. Concurrence on Draft Phase I Report

Working group members present at the two meetings indicated concurrence on the draft Phase I report. CNSC committed to following up via email to seek concurrence from all other members who were not present at either meeting. ensure that all members who were not present at the meeting concurred.

On December 7, 2020, the Working Group achieved concurrence on the draft Phase I Report.

3. Next Steps

The draft Phase I report to begin the translation process in anticipation of it being posted in late January/February 2021 for public review.
